Whitespace Wisdom

A few years ago, I was branded “The Whitespace Guy.”
This followed me throughout my career.
For better or worse. 👇

→When I joined Cisco Systems’ Select organization,
→I was handed a deck of dormant accounts.
→Accounts ripe to be “revitalized.”
→These accounts were neglected, but I saw potential.

💪 CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

To tackle this challenge:
→I drew on tactics and principles that worked for me in the past.
→Relentless cold calling and networking.
→Leveraging tools like LinkedIn.
→Cisco’s tribal knowledge.
→And the company’s strong brand reputation.

When hunting is part of your DNA, you can accomplish anything:
→Draw on it when faced with the impossible.
→Apply out of the box strategies that compliment your efforts.

💡 Like creating “Lobo Cisco” blog to get my brand out there and add value for clients, prospects and partners.

⭐ Most can’t do all these things over time with enthusiasm.⭐

👍 I grew dormant revenue by 85,000% that year.

The Whitespace Brand is good:
→You reach people that are unreachable.
→You’re the guy that breaks down walls.
→Your approach is proven but unique.
→You believe anything is possible.
→You can make a lot of $$$.

👎 But I still missed my number.

The Whitespace Brand is bad:
→Building something from scratch takes time.
→Breaking down walls can hurt after a while.
→Money can be unpredictable.
→High stress and anxiety.

There are pros and cons to everything.
→Doing both is the key.
→It’s the right balance.

P.S. Can you relate?
