For me, the biggest barrier I broke was just being myself – especially here on LinkedIn and with old friends and colleagues.
Once I embraced that, everything shifted:

👥 That’s the human element we need more of.
But let’s be clear: don’t share just because it’s trendy.
Fake vulnerability?
🚫 We’ve all seen those posts trying way too hard, and it doesn’t build trust or make a real impact.
💡 True vulnerability is about wanting to connect, to help, to uplift—not seeking validation or applause.
✨ Authenticity is more than words. It’s about being generous with your knowledge and genuinely helping others.
→ You don’t have to spill everything – I certainly don’t.
→ But when you do share, make it count.
→ Give value.
Leading with honesty doesn’t just feel good – it’s good for your health and your relationships:
