Check your head

☎ I was about to call a prospect recently.
Then my thoughts began to wander….
I had to CHECK MY HEAD 👇

→We have good days.
→We have bad days.
→That’s life.

→Like professional athletes, salespeople still have to perform on bad days.
→Your quota doesn’t get reduced if you don’t feel 100%.
→Make sure your head is clear before making the call.

In sales, a clear head helps you:
→Stay focused on your message.
→Be creative and adaptive in conversations.
→Maintain confidence and authenticity.
→Avoid coming off as disorganized or rushed.
→Execute your plan.

Sometimes you feel miles away from being focused.

I was about to call a prospect last week:
→Then I started having weird thoughts.
→I was unfocused and running on caffeine.
→After pausing, taking a quick walk, and resetting, I called the prospect with clear focus.
→The conversation was awesome, and I fielded their concerns, which led to securing a follow-up meeting.

If I’d rushed in without taking that break, it could’ve had a different outcome.

✨ The right mindset can transform a call’s success.
⭐ That brief reset made all the difference.

A clear head in sales:
